Khayaban-e-Amin in Lahore is a big attention nowadays. It is a housing society on Defense Road, opposite to Valancia Co-operative housing society. Why it is attracting people? reason is the price of house. They are selling houses in so cheap price that it become hard to believe. Five years back they were selling 5 Marla double storey house at Rs. 1,790,000/- Now they are selling 5 Marla single storey house at same price. But still this price is so low that it is hard to find such a house in Lahore in such price.

Prices of the house is attracting lot of people to their site. Right now they have established only one E-block of Khayaban-e-Amin which they sell five years back. Rest of the society is yet to establish, though roads, parks and street lights are places in many other blocks too. They are giving houses in installment and one can get possession in 1 and half year or 3 years or 4 years depending upon the installment plan one choose.
They are also selling plots whose prices are given in above link. Note that those prices are inclusive of all kind of development charges and there ain’t any charges except to mentioned price. Secondly price written on above link are the starting prices of the plots. Find below the range of plot prices according to their sizes. Price change would be of course due to better location.

- 10 Marla: Rs. 12 lacs to Rs. 20 lacs

A heartiest thanks to the author of this blog. i am living out of pakistan for a while now and therefore cannot decide many things to buy my own house. your website is a blessing in disguise and i have now a very good knowledge about the different housing schemes in lahore.
You have already helped a lot to so many people living outside who cannot go on-site to see the property but rely and trust on what you have said here. Having said that may i ask you to please write a new blog and compare khayabaan-e-iqbal, imperialhome and bahriatown villas etc. with with each and explicitly mention their merits and demerits. i found that these three the best in one or the other aspect but could not decide. a comprehensive and detailed comparison with advantages over one another will definitely let me choose my dream house…
also most of these housing schemes’ websites are dated and contains old information. some of them are not even fully functional. may i ask you to put a place on your website where people can go see the scheme who still have plots/houses available. so we only do research where we have to…

Secondly, in my personal opinion, you don’t need to compare Bahria Town with other two housing societies because they both are also on boundaries of Lahore which can count as only drawback of Bahria Town. Otherwise they are giving very good service with no electricity load shedding and good security. Prices in Bahria Town are low for the moment but I believe it is a game of an year or two that their prices will go very high, so this is very good time to buy property in Bahria Town. Let me know if you need any help in this regard.

Thanks for the quick reply. brother do you mean that bahria is better for investment among them all or you think khayanan-e-amin is good for conisdration as well. i like the price (of 1 kanal house) of KH-Amin but i suspect the electricity is not underground and probably that scheme is not ready for 1 kanal houses. it seems that the KH-Amin’s management is focusing more on selling 5 marla houses than 1 kanal houses. there is not even a single picture available of 1 kanal house to see in kh-amin.
i love your website http://kirayadaar.com too. i almost go to “housing schemes” page every day to do some comparisons whenever i get some new information. but unfortunately this page does not contain much information about the 1 kanal houses in Khayaban-e-amin. i reckon thats because thee isnt much information available.

They have given installment plans of 2 years, 3 years and 4 years. Your house will be completed in such time as well. Secondly locations of blocks within the society is not comparable at the moment because there ain’t anything there. Keep this simple rule in mind that as the figure increase it will go at backside
@M. Younas: Thank you for your appreciation. Yes I mean that Bahria Town is a better investment as compare to Khayaban-e-Amin. Secondly Khayaban-e-Amin has underground electricity setup. Thirdly they haven’t sell 1 Kanal house in their earlier block. There are few options of big plots like 1 Kanal and very few of 2 Kanal.

Do they really stick to their commitment of two and a half year and deliver me the apartment in the specified time period.
