Though we’ve come up with some latest news which is showing exactly opposite scenario. This news will give a relief to those who have plots in LRR area.
Latest updates about Lahore Ring Road consists of two news:
- Lahore Ring Road work will be done till Adda Plot right now. Next loop of LRR from Adda plot to Multan Road or Thokar will be decided later
- Second news is that Govt. is considering to extend the RING of Lahore Ring Road to cover more area of expanding Lahore.
If above news are true then it will surely release the pain of plot holders.
Effects On Prices Of Plots:
Prices of plots will only increase when any official announcement will be made.
today there was some notice in newspaper in which governemnt invited affectees of LRR to bahria grand mosque… some khasra numbers were mentioned also. whats that story?
That call is according to above shown LRR. Plots in between these two lines have been called. I’ll update about it soon as well.
According to my news these khasra numbers mentioned by Imran are belonging to Golf view residencia bahria town lahore.

In Lake city plots near to LRR having worth of 27 lac 6 month back now they are having minimum value of 50 lac and still growing.
In this whole scenario, how you rank GVR, more elaborated response will be appreciated.
Golf View Residencia seems save to me. Just because interchange is at Adda Plot which is away from GVR entrance at Raiwind Road.
But if LRR affect the plots of GVR, then it will effect only Southern block.
In both case whole Bahria Town prices will rise.

Abu-Osaid; I have one balloted file of GVR number 607 Nothern. This will be affected by LRR and what is the market value right now of this plot.

North side: 35 – 45

LRR authority people shall meet & receive complaints from LRR affectees on Friday 22nd January at Grand Mosque Chowk, BT. Most likely they shall confirm the final route then & there.

bahria town has file a case in lahore high court today against punjab government to stop LRR construction. this thing is going in dispute..people will remain stuck for long time now. GVR and sector E especially

Above pic shows Sector C and E not Golf View Residencia. LRR issue is quite hot now so it won’t be possible to sell the plot in market. I guess you are left with no choice but to hold it.
Let’s hope for the best and I’ll see if I can get the map showing LRR pass through GVR. I’ll update it as I get it

@Muhammad Shafique: You can use that amount to invest somewhere else in Bahria Orchard to gain profit from it. When Bahria will finally decide and start developing the Golf View Residencia, then you can submit the installments.
This could be the best option for you.

Nargis block will only have good effects of LRR. It is passing near to Nargis block but not ‘through’ Nargis block.

Try to put pressure on Bahria management about it. Mr. Ali Riaz (Malik Riaz’s son) and Mr. Shahid Qureshi (country head Bahria Town) has said this many times that: “If anyone loses 2 crores due to Ring Road, Bahria will pay 2.5 crore to that person”
What is wrong with the government , as they said 69 thousand rate per marla we can give, those who pay 8 lakh per marla ,I think bahria should show some courage and save their people

First of all, whole GVR is not safe. Secondly It has no future unless it came on ground.
Thirdly it has a lot of good prospects if Bahria acquired the land and start development.

Formula is very simple all houses located on main boulevard, 200′,150′ and 120′ roads are high value plots because of their location. All 150′ roads are busy but it does not mean their value come down rather their value increase with passage of time.

I have barely managed to pay off for the land I purchased in Jan 2016.The land is in overseas ext B. It is a corner plot facing park. The land number is 536 and it is around 11.5/12 marlas.
Now my query is please give me a prompt and honest reply if the plot is in danger of being affected by LRR.
What is the update and shall I wait or put the plot on sale.
When is Beria going to update its members.
I have been emailing them but I have not received any satisfactory replies from them.

I have paid 2 instalments what should i do, some people told me that u should pay balance payment immediatly to secure ur plots other wise they may cancelled the plots, with out issuing notices because Bahria want to reduce more and more plots due to the limited availability of land. Sorry plot no. are 677 and 558 north. today i have also heard that new allignment of LRR is going soon , I think Bahria issued t his due to fights they are facing in the office t o cool down the public, other wise there is no official information received from LDA or the Punjab Govt.

I asked some bahria dealers they are telling that no one knows about gVR land and their plots location so these questions are useless to ask that our plot in gvr is safe or not. Bahria do not acquire land for this project until now.So how someone will know about their plot status.There is no land and Bahria will announce later GVR location.
