Lake city phase Bella vista now launch 1 kanal and 2 kanal residential plots on installments. Only limited number of plots are available for booking starts from 11 to 13 Decemeber. Application forms are available at the site office of Lake city housing scheme.
Booking details:
1 kanal residential plots will give i M4 blocks. Booking is only open for 11 to 13 December and there is no official annoucement of extension in booking date reveal yet. Application forms are only given to those who submit booking amount of Rs 15,00,000.
Payment plan:
Down payment is Rs 15,00,000/- and rest of the amount will be paid in 2.5 years. And installment of Rs 850,000/- will be paid after every 3 months. Total plot price is 10,250,000
