Chinar Bagh housing society on Raiwind Road has started in 1988. It is not a private housing society like Bahria Town etc. Check out complete information of Chinar Bagh here. This housing society is 17 km from Thokar Niaz Baig, well before Bahria Orchard. It has 35 to 40 houses constructed within the housing society in which only four to five families live. This thing shows that it is not a good option to live in such a society where there ain’t any social life, not any shops and no one to talk with. Yes if you want to write a book all alone, than it could be a nice place with no one around and a park for you all in all.
It is not good for short term investment as total place is 4500 Kanal in which only few houses are constructed and there ain’t any chances that this housing society will get population in near future. This is the reason that plot rates are quite low; find below their rates
- 5 Marla: Rs. 3.5 to 4 lac
- 10 Marla: Rs. 6 to 6.5 lac
- 1 Kanal: Rs. 9 to 14 lac
- 2 Kanal: Rs. 18 to 30 lac
If we look for long term investment than one can think about it. But how long? I believe that this housing society won’t be able to get market for itself unless other housing societies get populated and aid this one. Bahria Orchard is like a kilometer away from this housing society but that is not going to get populated soon. Right now Bahria Town is getting populated, Orchard will come later. It will take minimum ten years for Bahria Orchard to gain such population as they have in Bahria Town right now. When Bahria Orchard will reach to that point, then I guess that housing societies in between will get some credit out of it.
If any one wish to invest in such low price plots where there are all essentials present at the moment then keep at least 10 years of time in mind.
