They claimed that this housing scheme is located at prime location of the city between Rawalpindi and Islamabad . And have all basic facilities and utilities . The development work of the project is completed roads , Water supply , Electricity and Sui gas is available .Project is separated over 3000 Kanal area over They further claimed that due to huge interest of peoples booking for this project is closed and now the transfer procedure is now in progress .
Location : Mumtaz City has been launched on the northern side of city near to Shahrah-e-Kashmir surrounded by Tarnol-Fateh Jang road and Islamabad International Airport.
