Few days ago a new housing scheme was launched with the name of Saggiyan city located at Jaranwala road Ferozawala project by Al-Jalil developers . This project was also marketed by Fast marketing consultants and also all information was posted at this blog . Now today news paper LDA gives notice that Saggian city housing scheme is illegal and they don’t have any legal document and also don’t have NOC from LDA . They further mentioned that developers of the project miss guiding to the peoples through electronic media and print media . And also mentioned in this notice that peoples who are interested in sale purchase of plots in this housing scheme they only responsible for that . And soon LDA will take action against the developers of this housing scheme if they didn’t stop miss guiding of peoples through advertisement .
