Opal 225 & Hoshang Pearl Transfer Open and Procedure.

Salam, Hope you all are in good in your works, Well, Bahria town has claimed through ad, due to desires of our customer we started earlier transfer of opal 225 and hoshang pearl, First they decided transfer of registration of these project will start on 1st january 2014. but plan changed. well from on-wards you can transfer the rights to others, the transfer fees is settled for these opal 225 and hohsang pearl is 5,000.

Well, the transfer procedure is this, in the first step the seller has to go in bahria office along with opal 225 or hoshang pearl and apply NDC (No Demand Certificate) in transfer offices of Bahria town without paying any fee of NDC. The bahria representative will give you a time, normally it gives you two or three days after applying of NDC. When you get the time , both seller and purchaser will go on given time along with two snaps, original identity card, and copy of nominee ( for purchaser). The transfer fees of 5,000 will be paid by purchaser. The same transfer procedure which we follow for other plots or files in bahria town projects. Well, currently there is no guideline for overseas forms holder’s of these projects, how they can transfer their rights to purchasers.

Well, it was expected and people were examining those invested in these projects, rates will go upward , when transfer will start, but on the real ground rates moved little downwards especially in Karachi and Islamabad. I already mentioned the Bahria town Lahore market is one of the most trust worthy and potential market, if we compare to Karachi and Islamabad. Well, today is the first day of transfer and as we know bahria town Lahore market close on friday. So actual rate will reveal tomorrow, how investor perceive this transfer facility. The major factor of rates toward downward is sellers volume are more than purchasers. Shot term form keepers of these projects want to sell their registration as soon as they could, so this is one of the major issue and rates are moving downward. Rates can go high, if current owners of these forms start holding their registrations. Otherwise rates can be go more low, and people start facing loss.

    I want to appreciate both the projects launch by Baharia Opal 225 and Hoshang. I want to advise all of the current booking holders that these two will prove the greatest of all as these will be in process for Foreigners (the ultimate beneficiaries). Guys hold your investments as much as you can. Pay prompt payments. It will return you millions. well wisher of all middle class guys. Baharia Keep it Up ?
