My guess would be around 4-5 million for 1-bed apartment.

the expected price may be around 65,000 per sqft.
so 2bedroom may be around 6 Million.
Current marker rate is 85,000 per sqft, but this rate is imposed rate by real estate top people.
There may be more demand due to city center and therefore prices may be jump. But will be a good investment.
