All payments including monthly installments , allocation , confirmation or booking amount and all other related payments will be made in shape of demand draft , pay order and cheque in favor of Falaknaz properties ,

Documentation charges of electricity , water and gas are also extra charges and payable by customer ,

These charges are not added in payment plans and will be paid after booking ,

All extra charges will be paid after booking with in 180 days ,

Each installment must be deposited before 10th of every month ,
