- Monthly installment : Rs 75,000/-
- Half yearly installment : Rs 250,000/-
- On possession : Rs 15,25,000/-
Payment plan for first floor shops :
- Total price : Rs 44,00,000/-
- Down payment : Rs 250,000/-
- Allocation : RS 375,000/-
- Confirmation : Rs 375,000/-

Other charges :
- All documentation charges like electric , water & gas are charged as extra charges and payable on demand .
