Payment mode :
All payments made including installments are made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque in favour of Muree enclave .
Extra charges :

Documentation charges of electricity are charged as extra and payable by customer on demand , These charges are same for 10 marla and 1 kanal plot .
Note :

All extra charges including documentation , corner and facing road charges are payable with in 180 days after booking ,

All installment will pay after every 1 month and cleared in 2 years .

Each installment must be payable before 10th of each month .

In case customer will not continue agreement and will not submit his payments than agreement will be cancelled , or amount will be refunded when the same plot will sell to another party ,
