All payments made in form od demand draft, pay order and cheque in favour of Express Valley at designated bank accounts .
Extra charges :
- Documentation charges of electricity , water and gas are extra charges and payable on demand by customer ,
- Corner charges : 10 %
- Facing charges : 10 %
These charges are same for every size of residential plots .
Discount offer :
- there is also a discount offer by paying 100 % cash payment at the time of booking and get 5 % discount ,
Notes :
- All extra charges will be payable with in 180 days after booking ,
- All payments divided into 20 installments and each installment must be paid every month .
- All payments will clear in almost 1. 5 years .
