There is also a discount offer on both type of plots , you can get 5 % discount on full cash payment at the time of booking
Notes :

All payments are divided into 50 installments and pay after every month ,

All payments will clear in almost 4 years ,

Each installment will must be paid before 10th of every month.

All extra charges including connection cahrges will payable with in 90 days after booking .

All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque in favour of ali builders and developers .
