There are four types of plots in this project and the rates and payment plan is also vary .

- normal plots
The sizes of the plots is also diferent 4 kanal and 6 kanal plots available for residence .
4 kanal plot payment schedule :
- Registration fee of 4 kanal plot is only Rs 2500/-
- Down payment = Rs 50,000/-
- Monthly installment = 77*14935 = Rs 11,50,000/-
- possession time = Rs 400,000/-
- Total amount = Rs 16,00,000/-
this is installment plan of 4 kanal plot but the cash price of this plot is Rs 14,00,000/-
6 kanal plot payment schedule :
- Registration fee of 6 kanal plot is Rs 4,000/-
- Down payment =Rs 80,000/-
- Monthly installment= 77*22,337 = Rs 17,20,000/-
- possession time = 600,000/-
- Total amount =Rs 24,00,000/-
the cash price of 6 kanal plot is Rs 21,00,000/-
The price of corner and facing park plots are different as compared to above mentioned plots ..in corner plots and facing park plots 15% extra charge of whole amount .

the facilties like electricity , carpeting of roads and sui gas will be charged other than above payments as develpment charges .
