Here is the details of extra charges and payment procedure which can be followed by customer after booking , which is mentioned below .
Extra charges :

Documentation charges of electricity are charged as extra and payable after booking ,

Rs 5,000/- extra charge on registration .
These all above charges are same for each floor ,

If Down payment and allotment will pay at the time of booking than there is no charges of registration .

All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque in favour of Al –Qaddar builders & developers ,

All payment is divided into 36 monthly installments and each installment will pay after 1 month ,
