There is a news proper electricity coming in Audit & Accounts in this week. This society is located at near NFC and U.E.T society which are developed. In my point of view if proper electricity come so it will effect the rate in terms of increasing.
Its not consider as a hi-fi society like Bahira town, Khayaban Ameen but the prices of the plots are very reasonable. one thing i want to clear you many people are lived and hundereds of houses are constructing, Electricity are already there but here i am pointing out proper electricity .
In my point of view this society reasonable for living and investment point of view. you can get the 16 marla plot at the price of Rs. 16 lac to 20 lac and price of the 8 marla plots are 9 to 14 lac and cutting of 4 marla plots are also available , there prices started from 6 to 10 lac.
The price which i mentioned above are very low at the comparison of plot value at Lahore. So i suggestion to my valuable readers, if you need a house for living you could choose this society either also fruitful in investment point of view.
