Salam to all readers, today i m not gonna write on Opal 225 and Hoshang pearl. I have already written much, and no dramatic situation is held on these projects, well my actual little bit expertise on Lahore projects, especially Bahria Town Lahore.
Well, Bahria town has given a notice couple of days ago, submit your’s all open files of green valley’s also known as Bahria Greens and Civic Commercial. Other wise we will not submitted and it will be treated as cancel files. Most of open files holders are submitted their files, we have seen lots of people in bahria town office and busy in submitting their files. Actually the last date was 17 December 2013. But due to large submission of Opal 225 and Hoshang pearl registration, now Bahria town has given extension , so you have still a chance to submit their files.
People are worried, and asking these question, after submission of forms they will demand installments, and these both projects are recent projects of Bahria town Lahore, and those people are invested in projects are facing loss, especially heavy loss in civic commercial. and the installment of civic commercial is about 3.6 millions, that is too much. Because the most of the people are invested at that time, they were thinking, they will gonna soon. but due to too much price down. They don’t want to bear heavy loss. Well in my point of view may be market will go positive of these both projects in next couple of months.
The location of Green Valley or Bahria Greens is yet to disclose and it’s balloting is next step. So as per Bahria commitment, Green Valley map will reveal in January 2014. and for the balloting, Bahria town needs the record of owner of these files, so thats why he is asking to you submit yours open forms.
Well, so i suggest you, submit your forms in this week, otherwise may be you face some difficulties in term of plenty. The requirements for submission of these tiles are mentioned in forms.
Rates of Green Valley 5 marla files lies on minus / loss 40 to 50 k and similar 10 marla bahria greens files lies on 90 to 110 minus. And civic commercial lies on about 1 million loss.

Dear Usman, Please give us your expert advise. Do you think the investment in bahria greens will give profit in a one year time period? Because the rates of 5 marla and 10 marla files are already very high.

Actually, today is the first day of transfer, so procedure for overseas is not disclosed yet, may i will able to tell you on monday
It is my very first time to invest in some housing scheme. Please advise can I still submit open file of Bahria Green Valley, Lahore ?

I have invested in green valley 5 marla (2 files). one which i sold on loss. The map was expected in January but now its March. What is the update from Bahria. When they are going to release map. Advice needed as i am resident of peshawar and dont know any update
