Arcadia City housing scheme in Islamabad   was recently launched by Arcadia Marketing Online  near to  Karlot Hills Chattar river side  . Project offers various sizes of residential plots and commercial plots on installments and cash payment . Project is now open for booking all sizes of plots are available for booking on first come first served basis the development of the project is also Under construction   . Here is the details of extra charges for residential plots  and commercial plots and other terms and conditions for payments and booking details is mentioned below .

Here is the details of extra charges for  Plots mentioned below according to the size and location with in the project

Extra charges :

• Corner plots : 5 %
• Park facing : 5 %
• Main road facing : 5 %

Notes :

1. All installments must be paid according to schedule between 1st to 10th of every month .
2. The allocation of units will remain provisional until all payments is received .
3. Documentation charges of electricity , water & gas are extra charges on demand after booking .
4. These charges are not added in payment plans .
5. All extra charges including documentation charges will be paid after booking with in specific days .
6. All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque in favor of Arcadia City .
