Terms & conditions :
- All extra charges will be paid after booking with in 120 days .
- Monthly installment must be deposited before 10th of every month .
- All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque .
- Documentation charges of electricity , water and gas are extra charges and payable by customer ,
- There charges are not added in payment plans .
- Allocation of unit remain provisional until all payments is received .
