Here is the details of extra charges which will be charged due to location of the apartments with in the project ,
Extra charges 3 rooms :
- Corner apartment : Rs 50,000/-
- West open : Rs 50,000/-
- Road facing : Rs 50,000/-
Extra charges 4 rooms :
- West open : Rs 75,000/-
- Corner : Rs 75,000/-
- Road facing : Rs 75,000/-
Extra charges 5 rooms :
- West open : Rs 75,000/-
- Road facing : Rs 75,000/-
- Corner : Rs 75,000/-
Notes :
- All extra charges will be payable with in 120 days after booking ,
- Documentation charges of gas , water and electricity are extra charges and payable by customer on demand
- These charges are not included in payment plans .
- All installments must be deposited before 10th of every month .
- All payments made in form of demand , draft , pay order and cheque .
