Here is the details of extra charges for houses and apartments which apply due to the location of the unit ,
Extra charges :

All of the above extra charges are same for every size of house and apartment ,
Notes :

Documentation charges of electricity , water and gas are extra charges and payable by customer ,

These charges are not added in payment plans and customer will pay these charges on demand ,

The provisional allotment letter will be issued to the customer after receiving 35 % payment ,

In case customer fails to pay regular installments than allotment or agreement will be cancelled after 2 notice with the gap of 15 days each notice ,

All extra charges will be paid after booking with in specific days ,

All installments shall be made in 7 days after due date in case of late payment 3 % penalty will be charged per moth ,

All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque .
