5 & 7 Marla ,10 & 1 kanal Payment schedule

Extra charges :

• Documentation charges of electricity , water and gas are extra charges and payable by customer on demand after booking ,
• Main boulevard charges : 10 %
• Facing road charges : 10 %
• Corner plot charges : 10 %

Discount :

• There is also a discount offer on full cash payment at the time of booking , you can avail 20 % discount by paying full payment .

Notes :

1. All extra charges will be payable within 180 days after booking .
2. All payment is divided into 32 monthly installments and each installment will be pay after 1 month .
3. All payments made in form of demand draft , cheque and pay order .
4. Each installment must be paid before 10th of each month .
