Terms & Conditions Lahore Garden

Lahore garden is a housing project offers various sizes of residential plots and commercial plots on installments and cash payment . Project was  launched and now   booking is open for Block C on first come first served basis booking for Block A and Block B is now closed .The development of the project is also completed almost  . Here is the details of extra charges , payment method and other terms & conditions for payment and booking which apply at the time of booking .

Here is the details of extra charges for each size of residential plot due to the location of the plot .

Extra charges :

• Corner plots : 10 %
• Facing park : 10 %
• Main Boulevard : 10 %

Notes :

1. Documentation charges of electricity , water and gas are extra charges and payable by customer ,

2. These charges are not added in payment plans and payable after booking on demand  .

3. All extra charges including documentation charges will be paid after booking with in 180 days

4. All installments must be deposited before 10 th of every month .

5. Allocation of unit will remain provisional until all payments is received .

6. All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque in favor of Lahore gardens .
