Payment Procedure :

Documentation charges of electricity , water and gas are extra charges and payable by customer .

These charges are not added in payment plans and payable by customer on demand after booking .

All installments must be deposited before 10th of every month .

All extra charges will be payable with in 180 days after booking .

The allocation of unit will remain provisional until all payments is received .

All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque .
