Here is the details of extra charges , discount and important notes of payment which will be apply after booking and at the time of booking .
Extra charges :
- Main road charges : 5 %
- Corner plots : 10 %
- Facing park : 10 %
Discount ;
There is also a discount offer claimed by project developers mentioned below .
- If you pay 100% cash payment at the time of booking you can get 10 % discount ,
- And if you pay 50 % cash payment at the time of booking you can avail 5 % discount .
Notes :
- All the payments will pay as per schedule ,
- If any customer should not pay 3 installments continuously than agreement will cancel and same plot will sale to any other .
- Rs 500 per Marla will charges on transfer .
- If allotment will be cancel than 10% amount will be deduct from customer payments .
- All extra charges will be payable with in 180 days after booking ,
- Documentation charges of electricity water and gas will be charges as extra and paid by customer after booking ,
- These documentation charges will not included in payment plans .
- All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque .
