Extra charges for plots :

Rs 100,000/- extra charges per marla on main road .
All of the above extra charges are same for each size of residential plots

Development charges are included in the cost of the plot .

Documentation charges of electricity water and gas are extra charges and payable by customer .

These charges are not added in payment plans and payable after booking on demand .

All payments divided in to 10 installments .which will be paid at quarterly basis .

2 % surcharge per month in case of belated payments .
