Officers colony is a housing scheme which offers residential plots on installments and booking is open for this project . Here is the details of some terms and conditions on payment and booking claimed by project developers which are mentioned below ,
Extra charges :
- Corner plots : 10 %
- Main road facing : 10 %
- Park facing : 10 %
All of the above extra charges are same for each size of residential plots these charges are not added in payment plans ,
Discount :
Officers colony offer two types of discount on plots , if you can pay you will get discount at the time of booking which are mentioned below ,
- 10 %discount on 100 % payment
- 5 % discount on 50 % payment ,
Notes :
- Documentation charges of electricity , water and gas are also extra charges and payable by customer on demand ,
- These charges are not added in payment plans and will be paid after booking ,
- All extra charges will be paid after booking with in 180 days ,
- All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque in favor of Officers colony ,
- All installments must be deposited before 10th of every month ,
- All charges of registry and transfer customer has to pay these charges ,
- In case of cancellation 15 % amount will be deducted ,
- Rs 200/- will be charged per day on late installments ,
