Here is the details of extra charges which are being charged depends on the location of apartment such as corner , facing road and lower floors . the details of extra charges and payment conditions are mentioned below .

Extra charges ;

1. 1st to 2nd floor : Rs 150,000/-
2. 3rd to 4th floor : Rs 100,000/-
3. West open : Rs 100,000/-
4. Road facing ; Rs 100,000/-

All of the above extra charges are same for each size of apartment and block .

Conditions :

1. All extra charges will be paid after booking .
2. The cost of documentation charge like electricity , water & gas will be charged as extra and payable by buyer on demand ,
3. These documentation charges are not added in payment plans .
4. The allocation of unit will remain provisional until all payment is received .
5. In case of variation of sizes price will be charges according to per sq ft .
6. All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque .
