Here is the details of extra charges and all terms and conditions which apply at the time of booking and after booking which are mentioned below .
Extra charges :
- Corner plots : 10 %
- Main road facing : 10 %
- West open : 10 %
Transfer fee :
- 5 Marla : Rs 3,000/-
- 10 Marla : Rs 5,000/-
Discount :
There is 20 % discount offer on all payment if you pay full payment at the time of booking you can avail this discount .
Terms & Conditions :
- Documentation charges of electricity , water and gas are extra charges ,
- These charges are not added in payment plans and payable by customer on demand ,
- All payment made in favour of Rabia city in shape of demand draft , pay order and cheque .
- All extra charges will pay after booking .
- The allocation of unit will remain provisional until all payments is received .
- Member ship of society is mandatory for selling , construction and commercial building .
- In case of delay in installment Rs 100/- will be charged extra per day .
- In case buyer fails to complete his/her payments after 3rd notification than allocation will be cancelled .
- 25 % will be deduct from buyer payments in case of cancellation .
- In case of with drawl 100 % payment will be refunded .
