All extra charges will be paid after booking with in 180 days .

Due date of monthly installments is 10th of each month .

Documentation charges of electricity , water and gas are extra charges and payable by customer .

These documentation charges are not added in payment plans .

In case of increase in size extra charges will be charged .

0.5 % will be charged on late monthly installment per day .

In case of continues of non-payment than allotment will be cancelled after final intimation .

Company will issue NOC after the clearance of all dues .

Customer can not transfer or sale his apartment untill all the payments is not cleared .

In case of refund and cancellation of allotment 50 % will be deducted .

All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque .
