Here is the details of extra charges for both 5 rooms and 4 rooms apartments which charged due to the location of the apartment with in the project ,

Extra charges ;

• West open charges : Rs 150,000/-
• Corner charges : Rs 200,000/-
• Road facing charges : Rs 300,000/-

Discount :

There is also a discount offers for both size of apartments 4 rooms and 5 rooms if you pay full cash payment at the time of booking you can avail 10 % discount offer 

Notes :

1. Documentation charges of electricity , water and gas are extra charges and payable by customer .
2. All these charges are not added in payment plans and customer has to pay these charges on demand ,
3. All extra charges including documentation charges will be paid after booking with in 180 days ,
4. All installments must be deposited before 10th of every moth ,
5. All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque ,
