Federal Government has launched scheme with the name of Prime Minister Housing Scheme in Islamabad for those whom low level of income and needy persons., Federal Government employees and semi governments employees also eligible which they have grade 1-16 and also people which live in out side the country. Starting price of the apartment is 1,078,000pkr and Government is saying this is new year gift for low paid income people.
It assumes interesting Government also launched this type of scheme May influenced of ashyana housing scheme which launched by Government of Punjab. Procedure and Eligibility of Apply in President Housing Scheme Islamabad
- All Federal Government Employees whom are in serviced yet 31st Dec 2010
- Those employees were in serviced at 01 July 2007, If they are not alive there widow can apply
- Last date of Applying Application 15 Jan 2007
- According to the detail mentioned in application and brouchers pay order in the favor of “Pakistan Housing Authority Islamabad” or cash amount Rs-241,000
- Upfront payment is not refundable for Federal government employees are 10,000 and for other who eligible for this scheme 15,000rs will be submitted in selected branches
- Application will not be accepted by hand or post
- Allotments of apartments through balloting
- Remaining amount will be submitted in 36 months installments
