Chief minister of Punjab Mr. Shahbaz Sharif got an application from oil companies and stake holders for this public auction of petrol pumps. He has set a 10 members committee to make this auction user friendly and neat & clean. This committee will give a report to chief minister within 5 days. Committee head is Mr. Mian Mujtaba Shuja-ur-Rehman. Other members are Bilal Yaseen, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Engr. Khurram Dastageer, Mehar Ishtiaq, member board of revenue and other stake holders of oil companies.
So LDA (Lahore Development Authority) has postpone the public auction of 18 petrol pumps which was going to held on 28th Dec, 2010. Next date will be announced later.
