Govt. of Punjab has launched a project recently with the name of Park & Ride Plaza at Liberty Lahore. Location is excellent and this is basically for parking of cars. They have only 80 shops in plaza which Govt. has decided to sell through public auctions. Anyone can participate in this auction which is going to held on 26th January, 2011 (Wednesday) at 10:00 am in Liberty Park & Ride Plaza. This is the auction day of 31 shops on ground floor.
Liberty Park & Ride Plaza is said to have following features:
- There are only 80 shops
- 2 capsule lifts
- Profitable business
- Modern car parking system
- Standby generators for 24 hours electricity
- Security cameras and trained security guards
- Cafe on first floor
- Roof top restaurant
- Entertaining shopping atmosphere
- Daily traffic of thousands of cars
- Daily 5 to 8 thousand people expected
Rules and Regulations for Auction:
- Auction is for 31 shops at ground floor
- People who wants to contribute should submit Rs. 1 Million as a guarantee.
- One should submit this amount well before auction
- One could also submit this amount to POB both at the time of auction in Liberty Park & Ride Plaza.
- After giving maximum price of any shop, one should submit the 1/3 price of shop within 7 days or otherwise one’s guarantee money will not given back.
- Rest of 2/3 price of shop should submit within 15 days.
- Purchaser will also give advance tax and CVT
