Day before yesterday Al-Rehman Garden advertise about their housing society in front page of ‘Daily Jang’ Lahore. I was amazed that how come such unknown housing society promote their project on first page of ‘Daily Jang’ whose advertisement is most expensive in newspaper industry. No one heard their name or knows about them and this society is also outside Ravi River.
Well what happened if company name is unknown they have their website name on advertisement. Let’s check it out, it is www.alrehmangarden.com. When I open this link, I got nothing there. So I called them and ask details about their housing society.
According to their help line I came to know that this housing society is on 125 Acre of land. 100 houses are approximately under construction and 20 families are already living there even they don’t have electricity, gas at the moment. According to them electricity is a matter of one month and then they will start working on gas. For water everyone has to do water bore by themselves. They have parks, mosques and roads constructed.
Price:
Price of plot start from Rs. 160,000/- per Marla to 210,000/- per Marla and they have categories like 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 Marla and 1 Kanal. There ain’t any installment plan from housing society, you’ll be given 90 days time period to give the complete payment.
Before investing in such society do complete homework and check out thoroughly about the place and space. Go yourself at the site to look the development and confirm its authenticity with Govt. officials. Sometimes people caught themselves in fake housing societies and end up with losing much investment on false land.
i visited al-rehman gardens 1 years back. at that time they just started plotting. i bought a 5 marla plot @675000 (135000/marla) now i have got offers of this plot @950000 i.e. @190000/marla.
the management is really nice, atmosphere is excellent… one should live there!

Al Rehman Garden’s whole Phases are under the sinful custody of their notorious management. They are great liars and fraud people, just facilitating their relatives in the managements of their designated office and parasites dealers in the colony at Gate number 1. Typical PAINDOS.
Authentically, they also try to capture females of the society and responsible for the burglaries on the way within walls of Al Rehman Gardens during night and days. They looted money from the residents of the colony for the sake of security and there is no security. Many of shop keepers and business institutes tries to setup there but colony management never provided any sort of facility them. Such shop keepers and businessman ran away due to their atrocity by the mean of huge electricity bills and unavailability of Sui Gas and their so called Power Generation unit, which is under process for last 5 years, each time they excuse for next few days to shun load shedding. They never paid their office utility bills, but extract the money by over billing to residents and shop keepers.
Management of Al Rehman Garden sell and purchase plots personally from the clients and pay no benefits specially to sellers. Management of Al Rehman Garden also disturb the deals among out side property dealers and local residents. They are Pigs and nothing.
I request you to keep away from them and better is to hold amount in your hand instead of given Al Rehman Garden for investment purpose.

My friend visited there & he told that its really good society. the prices are ocntinuously rising in this society & one can avail the oppetunity for investment point of view

Aoa, i have purchased 6 marla plot in Al-Rehman Garden, Canal, Near to JaloPark….This societies all phases are extremely good. One big thing of this society is, the development is very fast in it…..and bad thing of this society is, they are not giving facility of installments plan….even i purchased one plot already but i want to buy another plot in this society new phase Al-Ahmed Garden on installments but there is no any option on installment. Otherwise this society is great.

I have purcahsed plot there after lot of research, but anyone interested should also do his home work on this.
the staff of the office is very uneducated as compared to other societies offices.
the atmosphere in rehman garden 2 is totally not good for lahorians,
