They also announced that those who have registration forms and they want to have it due to this dispute than they also return there registration forms and get their cash which they deposited against these forms .

This is totally fraud scheme.dont waste money in such bogus schemes and so called forms.checkout daily times newspaper.FDA has not approved this scheme.have you ever heard of schemes whose forms are in lakhs of rupees!!
LAHORE: A spokesman for the Faisalabad Development Authority has said that a fraud case has been registered against owners of City Housing Scheme Faisalabad under Section 420, 468 and 471 of 1898 CrPc at Policelines Police Station.
He said that neither any scheme with the name of City Housing Scheme had been approved for the registration of plots in Faisalabad nor was it presented to the authority for approval.
He said that under the Punjab Development of Cities Act, no institution or developer could establish a housing scheme without approval of FDA, adding that no such scheme could be advertised before formal approval of the authority.
He said that “fraud is being enacted in the name of City Housing Scheme Faisalabad” and people should not make any deal in this regard.
Meanwhile, a spokesman for the Gujranwala District Government has said that approval to phase-2 and phase-3 of City Housing Scheme has not been granted in Gujranwala.
He said that people should refrain from purchasing plots in City Housing Scheme “otherwise they will themselves be responsible for any loss”.
