Here is the details of extra charges for each apartment and payment procedure on booking and after booking .

2. Corner : Rs 75,000/-
3. Car parking : Rs 200,000/-

4 Rooms :

1. Corner : Rs 75,000/-
2. West open : Rs 75,000/-
3. Road facing : Rs 50,000/-
4. Car parking : Rs 100,000/-

5 Rooms :

1. Corner : Rs 95,000/-
2. West open : Rs 95,000/-
3. Car parking : Rs 200,000/-

6 Rooms :

1. West open : Rs 75,000/-
2. Corner : Rs 95,000/-
3. Road facing : Rs 95,000/-
4. Car parking  : Rs 200,000/-

Notes :

• All extra charges will be payable with in 180 days ,
• Documentation charges of water , gas and electricity are extra charges and will be paid after booking .
• The allocation of unit will remain provisional until all payments is received .
• All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque .
