Park & Ride Plaza is on liberty round about whose actual name is Al-falah square I guess. Well it is the center of Lahore and of the main spot that everyone living in Lahore knows about it. Govt. of Punjab has constructed a plaza there which is constructed by TEPA. This plaza is on excellent location and mainly built for parking of vehicles. It’s name is of course “Park & Ride Plaza” and it has many floors for parking only. They have just set three floors for shops which has 82 shops and Govt. planned to sell all of them through auction. Auction will be held in coming month, January of 2011. Auction is planned in first and second week of January 2011.
If you wish to get your hands on auction and want to buy a shop there then you need to first register yourself. For registration you need to submit a sum of Rs. 1,000,000/- in BOP (Bank Of Punjab) well before the auction dates.

I wanted to get an apaprtment in al-wahid towe on Plot #No.Sb-12, Karachi Divisional Commissioner Employees Co-Oprative Housing Society, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Abul Hassan Isphahani Road. On enquiry I came o know that Al-Wahid Tower is being illegally constructed on illegal land. There is a civil suit No.494/2014 pending against Al-Wahid Tower in the court of 7th senior civil judge karachi East. Buyers need to be very careful.
