Dear All,
Please confirm either the “Eden Life Sargodha project ” is the project of the same company which have the issues in Lahore projects as intimated on ARY program because its serious to think out before making any investment.
Representative of Eden Builder regretted they the said project was not linked with Eden builders and also claims that they have 5000 to 6000 kanals in sargodha for said project.
I also got the information from TMA sargodha and their representative confirm me that they have only 347 kanals land for their piland farms project and eden builders got the approval only for 347 kanals and its location toward chak no 88 in sargodha on bypass.
Please share the information which every body have about the Eden life sargodha project as well as other project (along with issues) and eden builders to safe the investment and to avoid fraud.

Yes sir as far as my knowledge they have purchased far less land than even 350 canals and even their payments are subject to sale of plots, the 5000 canal plan is not physically possible in that area.
They should have developed some area before closing the bookings only making the front fascia and street lights only seem to attract quick investment.
Its big risk trusting that project at moment
This project is listed on Eden Builder’s website
I have came to know that this Eden group is of Seth Abid the famous smuggler and they get loan on the land from banks and do not transfer ( regestere ) on the owners name how ever yet to be confirmed this blame however one should be careful

No society mention before ballot mostly
When i asked representative at eden life office about the location of plots, he said that plots number will be provided after balloting, at the moment they don’t have any set location to show to their customers.
They are big lairs and looters. Many FIR are against owner of eden builder.
Its a big big risk to invest in such fraud project.
